Hi, I’m Natalie — founder of Flowers and Moods, a Berlin-based floral design studio rooted in the Japanese art of ikebana.
Contemporary, intentional, inspired by nature.
I create sculptural floral compositions and spatial concepts for premium brands, editorial. productions, and refined events.
My work is heavily inspired by the Sogetsu school of ikebana, where composition is defined not by abundance, but by precision. Space is intentional. Line carries meaning. Restraint becomes expression.
With a background in art direction and visual storytelling, I approach floral design as a form of creative direction — shaping atmosphere, rhythm, and visual identity through natural materials. Each project is conceived as a dialogue between structure and intuition, strength and softness, presence and pause.
Flowers and Moods collaborates with fashion, lifestyle, and cultural brands to develop:
– Editorial floral styling
– Brand activations and launches
– Concept-driven installations
– High-end events and private celebrations
Every composition is site-responsive and seasonally aware, crafted to elevate narrative and leave a quiet yet lasting imprint.
